Real-Time Tracking

With ByahePartner PH, operators get a dedicated dashboard for real-time unit tracking, assigned driver monitoring, and daily fleet updates — giving them clearer visibility, better control, and a more organized way to manage their TNVS operations.

Transparent Remittance Tracking

ByahePartner PH keeps weekly remittances organized and transparent. Vehicle partners can review records through the operator dashboard, while our agency coordinates driver updates, reports, and payment tracking for a smoother, hassle-free process.

Driver Onboarding & Screening

Operators deserve confidence before handing over their units. That’s why ByahePartner PH supports a structured driver onboarding process with document checking, basic verification, background review, character investigation, and residence/community checking. Before a driver is matched with an operator, we help review key details — including their home environment and surrounding references — to support a safer, more reliable, and more organized TNVS operation.

ByahePartner PH supports operators with organized contracts, driver agreements, notarization assistance, document records, and compliance tracking. This helps protect the partnership, set clear expectations, and make TNVS operations more professional from day one.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What happens if the vehicle gets damaged?

Vehicle damage will be reviewed based on the incident report, photos, driver statement, and available evidence. ByahePartner PH helps document the case and coordinate the next steps between the operator and driver based on the agreed contract terms.

In case of an accident, the driver must report immediately and submit photos, location, incident details, and any police or traffic report if needed. Repair responsibility, insurance use, and possible liabilities will depend on the agreement, damage assessment, and who is responsible for the incident.

Insurance depends on the vehicle and operator setup. If accident or damage happens, insurance may be used when applicable, but outside repair may also be considered depending on the agreement between the operator and driver, the damage assessment, and who is responsible for the incident.

If a unit is impounded, the cause will be reviewed first. ByahePartner PH helps coordinate documentation, reports, and communication between the driver and operator. Fees, penalties, or responsibilities will depend on the reason for impound and the agreed contract terms.

Traffic violations, illegal parking, reckless driving, and penalties caused by the driver are generally the driver’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated in the agreement. ByahePartner PH helps keep records clear so operators and drivers can settle issues properly.

Missed or delayed remittances are recorded and monitored by ByahePartner PH. Operators will have clearer visibility through payment updates and documentation. If the driver repeatedly delays, fails to settle, or violates the agreed remittance terms, ByahePartner PH may coordinate proper action with the operator, including unit pullout when necessary.

7. Can the operator suddenly pull out the unit from the driver?

The goal is to avoid unfair or sudden unit pullout. Drivers are protected by clear program terms as long as they follow the agreement, maintain good standing, and comply with remittance, safety, and operational requirements.

If a driver is proven to have committed fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or serious misconduct, ByahePartner PH will document the incident, coordinate with the operator, and take proper action based on the agreement. This may include blotter, legal action, reporting to proper authorities, internal flagging, and legally appropriate awareness notices to concerned operators or relevant communities.
